Carrier load rules

No resale or re-brokering

A carrier that accepts a load through FRENTRA must perform that transport service using its own authorised operation. The carrier must not resell, re-broker, assign, transfer or subcontract the load to another business without FRENTRA’s prior written approval recorded in the platform.

The accepting carrier remains responsible for the vehicle, driver, legal compliance, delivery performance, POD and all information entered in the platform.

Written platform record

Changes, delays, problems, extra charges and any telephone agreement must be confirmed in the relevant load record. Only information confirmed in the platform forms part of the operational record.

Enforcement

FRENTRA may reject a booking request, cancel an assignment or suspend a carrier account where these rules are breached. Contract-specific written terms remain applicable.
